Paul Klamm or Paul Kamm (who also used the pseudonym C. Soulier, born 1891 in Berlin, Germany, year of death unknown) was a German femdom BDSM artist of the 1920s and 1930s.

He published in publications such as “Reigen”, “Berliner Leben”, “Die Ohne”, and “Der Junggeselle”. His BDSM work, largely published under the name C. Soulier, is F/F and F/M and includes spanking drawings and enema art. A few of his artworks however do have a bondage element, that’s why I decided to add a small gallery here.
